Terms and Conditions for a fixed price web site

1. The price quoted is for the design, build, and free hosting of your website for a period of one year. You may renew the hosting the following year at a fixed cost of £99 subject to fair and reasonable usage.

2. Once a client commissions Firepages to create their site we request that you assist where possible in getting any extra information we may need for your web site.

3.We will perform site modifications and code amendments free of charge for the first 6 weeks of your website working from the initial specification given.

4. After the general testing and acceptance period of 6 weeks, we will deal with each code amendment request on a individual basis.

5. Once your site has been commissioned, we do not offer any refunds. Once you commission a site from Firepages, the whole amount is payable in the event of any decision not to proceed. You may pay our site set up fee in two installments.

6. We will not accept any web site commission for any type of site that we may consider to be immoral or illegal or simply does not meet our approval.

7. Please do not send out unsolicited emails via any of our servers. Newsletters can only be sent to people who are registered as customers or have signed up for a newsletter via your website.

8. The copyrights for the source code used in our ecommerce shop sites will remain with Firepages. You own the copyright to the information you enter onto the site. Your are granted a licence to use our ecommerce shop solution on one hosted domain on our servers. You are not allowed access to view, copy and / or distribute the source files nor will access to any third party be granted.

9. Late payment of invoices for recurring hosting fees can result in your account being suspended. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are kept up to date on our system.
