Terms and Conditions for a fixed price web site

1. The price quoted is for the design, build, and free hosting of your website for a period of one year. You may renew the hosting the following year at a fixed cost of £72.

2. Once a client commissions Firepages to create their site we request that you assist where possible in getting any extra information we may need for your web site.

3. Reasonable changes can be made to wording and / or images that are currently on your site - free of charge. Advice and support on how to further improve your website will always be given free of charge. ( You will find there is always something else you can do to help your rankings)

4. We will perform site modifications and amendments free of charge for the first 3 months of your website. After the general testing and acceptance period of 3 months - we will deal with each amendment request on a individual basis. The individual basis means that if you require an amendment that you consider would take us a couple of minutes - ie change a photo or some text - we will make no charge for that. Any requests that you envisage would take more than that will be charged for in line with all other professional services in the UK.

5. Once your site has been published, we do not offer any refunds. Once you commission a site from Firepages, the whole amount is payable in the event of any decision not to proceed. You may pay our site set up fee in two installments.

6. We will not accept any web site commission for any type of site that we may consider to be immoral or illegal.

7. Firepages is committed to ongoing customer support and assistance throughout the life of your website. We continually update our customer support site with free downloadable information to assist you in the ongoing marketing of your site. We request that any PDF's containing helpful information that you can download from our support site remains solely for your use and is not to be resold or shared with any other who is not a customer of Firepages.

8. You are required to ensure that you do not upload or execute any malicious scripts on your web site that may affect our other customers.

9. You may not, at any time send out unsolicited emails via any of our servers. This is commonly known as 'Spam'

10. The copyrights for the source code used in our ecommerce shop sites will remain with Firepages. You own the copyright to the information you enter onto the site. Your are granted a licence to use our ecommerce shop solution on one hosted domain. You are not allowed to copy and / or distribute the ecommerce shop code or allow access to any third party that we consider may infringe our copyright.
